A. Service Provider Infrastructure
We use the infrastructure of reputable cloud and SaaS providers including Squarespace, Google Workspace, Paddle and Publuu. These providers are contractually bound (via data processing agreements) to process your personal information only on our documented instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

B. On-premises systems in Republic of Korea
Secure on-premises computers and devices operated solely by the proprietor in the Republic of Korea (“Korea”), protected by industry standard encryption, strong access controls, regular security updates, and secure backup procedures.

Korea has been considered by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection for personal information in accordance with GDPR. However, when we transfer your personal information to a country where the adequacy level has not been certified by the European Commission, we will notify you of the specific location and deploy the following safeguard:

Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCC”)

We make an agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses pre-approved by the European Commission to satisfy GDPR requirements to protect your personal information.

We may engage in automated decision-making for certain purposes, including providing customized Services, and making improvement to the Services. Please take a look at our “Privacy Policy” and “Cookie Policy” for details

We may revise or update this Privacy Policy Addendum from time to time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
